Addicted to AOL

When I found myself addicted to AOL, there wasn't too much help for me.  The internet, chat rooms, e-mailings, etc. was relatively new for the common person.  The personal computer was just making its way into American homes.  To be honest with you, I didn't even know how to use a computer.  I never dreamed I would become addicted to (for all practical purposes) an inanimate object.

The following are terrific, informative links regarding internet addiction.  If you, or if you know of someone, who is spending too much time on line (eight hours a day or more (and they aren't at work!), then, they may just have a problem.
